Notice is hereby given that the Joint Committee of the Historic District Commission and the Architectural Review Board will hold an electronic public meeting on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 7:00 PM for the following purpose:
- To approve minutes from the April 7, 2026, meeting.
- VDO-26-00004: To review and comment on the proposed sunshade awning at 90 Post Road East (Parcel ID# C09149000) submitted by Massimo Tullio, for property owned by Rob Haroun. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.
- VDO-26-00005: To review and comment on the proposed façade modifications and awnings at 76 Post Road East (AKA 33 Jesup Road) (Parcel ID# C09150000) submitted by Taibe William, for property owned by 76 PRE LLC. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.
- To adjourn the meeting.
