LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that the Westport Flood & Erosion Control Board took the following actions at an electronic meeting held on April 8, 2026:
I. PUBLIC HEARING
1. 291 Saugatuck Avenue / WPL-12291-26; APPROVED. Application of Moon Gardens LLC on behalf of the owner, Brooklace Real Estate LLC, to construct a new single-family dwelling, detached garage, driveway, patio, repair an existing tennis court, landscape walls, and a subsurface drainage system. The proposed activity is partially within the WPL area of the Saugatuck River.
2. 218 Hillspoint Road / WPL-12294-26; APPROVED. Application of William Shaffer on behalf of the owner, Inveswell LLC, to construct a new single-family dwelling, accessory dwelling unit, and in-ground swimming pool. The proposed activity is partially within the WPL area of the Sherwood Mill Pond.
3. 5 Post Road West / WPL-12301-26; APPROVED. Application of LANDTECH on behalf of the owner, Ansley Westport Riverside, LLC, to construct a dock. The proposed activity is within the WPL area of the Saugatuck River.
