Notice is hereby given that the Joint Committee of the Historic District Commission and the Architectural Review Board will hold an electronic public meeting on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 7:00 PM for the following purpose:
- To approve minutes from the June 9, 2026, special public meeting.
- VDO-26-00008: To review and comment on the proposed signage at 135 Post Road East (Parcel ID# C09144000) submitted by Xinyi Chen, for property owned by Comu Westport LLC. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.
- VDO-26-00009: To review and comment on the proposed generator with fence/screening at 45 Jesup Road (Parcel ID# C09154000) submitted by Steve Smith, for property owned by Town of Westport. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.
- To adjourn the meeting.
