Notice is hereby given that the Joint Committee of the Historic District Commission and the Architectural Review Board will hold an electronic public meeting on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 7:00 PM for the following purpose:
- To approve minutes from the July 7, 2026, public meeting.
- VDO-26-00010
To review and comment on the proposed signage at 44 Main Street (Parcel ID# C10153000) submitted by Stephanie Rumer, for property owned by Westport Main St Retail LLC. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.
- VDO-26-00011:
To review and comment on the proposed signage at 76 Post Road East (AKA 33 Jesup Road) (Parcel ID# C09150000) submitted by Taibe William, for property owned by 76 PRE LLC. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.
