1. Pre-Application discussion of proposed text amendment to §11-2.4.8A and §11-2.4.4: Appl. PZ-26-00223, Submitted by Ralph Skarkis, which seeks to allow Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) be attached to garages without the garage portion of the structure included in the maximum ADU building area and additional height for garages to accommodate car lifts. 4. 1 Glendinning Place: Special Permit/Site Plan Appl. #PZ-26-00258 submitted by Vincent Crudo in c/o Robert W. Hartt, for property owned by 1 GD Holdings LLC, to renovate a portion of an existing detached garage while retaining part of the structure as an equipment garage, located in the Design Development District #4, PID #C15026000.
