Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on February 3, 2026, the Westport Zoning Board of Appeals took the following action:

  1. Granted: 10 Surf Road: ZBA-25-00745 by property owners Sheri Lynn Rabiner-Gordon & Paul Alexander Gordon for a variance of Zoning Regulation 13-6 (Building & Total Coverage for Residence A District) to retain the existing decks and driveway, located in Residence A District, PID #B01026000.

     

  2. Granted: 246 Hillspoint Road & 41 Sherwood Drive: ZBA-25-00657 by LANDTECH, on behalf of property owners Mary-Lisa & Frank P. Jr. Bergonzi, Trustee for a variance of Zoning Regulations 14-4 (Setbacks for Residence B District), 14-6 (Building & Total Coverage for Residence B District), and 32-8.2.3 (Maximum Fill Height) to construct additions, an Accessory Dwelling Unit, pool, driveway, and Approved with Conditions of the Coastal Area Management Regulations, located in Residence B District, PID #E04032000 & #E04019000.

Granted: 12 Harbor Road: ZBA-25-00656 by LANDTECH, on behalf of property owners Christopher & Nicole Parlapiano for a variance of Zoning Regulations §13-4 (Setbacks for Residence A District), 13-6 (Building & Total Coverage for Residence A District), and 6-2.1.6 (Non-conforming New Construction) to construct additions and decks, located in Residence A District, PID #A02021000.

     

  4. Granted: 85 Compo Road North: ZBA-25-00762 by JH Builders LLC, on behalf of property owners Alia Mansoori & Ulrik Grau for a variance of Zoning Regulation §13-6 (Building & Total Coverage for Residence A District) to construct a deck, located in Residence A District, PID #D11154000.
