Notice of Meeting and Agenda 

The Board of Assessment Appeals will meet on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at 11:00 am.  This meeting will be held in Room 201 of the Town Hall. 

The Agenda is to include but not limited to the following items and is subject to revision:

 

  1. Elect Chair
  2. Grand List overview by Paul Friia, Assessor
  3. Commercial Appeals with assessment greater than $1,000,000
  4. Discuss the addition of 2 alternate BAA members
  5. March Schedule for hearings
