The joint meeting of the Pension Investment Committee and 401(k) and the Defined Contribution Plan Investment Committee will meet on Friday January 23, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. in Room 201/201A of the Town Hall.

o Capital Market Overview
o Performance Reviews through December 2025
o Small Cap Market Backdrop

• Defined Contribution and 401(k) Plans

• To Approve Minutes of the July 25, 2025, October 1, 2025 and November 14, 2025 Pension Investment Committee Meeting.
