Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on March 24, 2026, the Westport Zoning Board of Appeals took the following action:

  1. Granted: 107 Harbor Road: ZBA-26-00042 by Philip H. Cerrone, on behalf of property owner Mary Ryan Foss-Skiftesvik for a variance of Zoning Regulation 6-2.1.3 (Enclosure of Non-conforming Building Coverage) to enclose the existing roof deck, located in Residence A District, PID #B02141000.
  2. Granted with Conditions: 101 Harbor Road: ZBA-26-00043 by Cindy Tyminski, Moon Gardens LLC on behalf of property owner 101 Harbor Road LLC for a variance of Zoning Regulations §6-2.1.6 (Non-conforming new construction), §6-3.1 (Setbacks on a Non-conforming lot), §13-4 (Setbacks for Residence A District), §13-6 (Building and Total Coverage), and §31-7 (Setbacks from waterbodies) to construct a new FEMA complaint single family residence and pool, and Approved with Conditions of the Coastal Area Management Regulations, located in Residence A District, PID# B02139000.
  3. Granted with Conditions: 9 Clinton Ave: ZBA-26-00080 by owners and applicants Rachel & Fausto Carusone for a variance of Zoning Regulations §13-6 (Building & Total Coverage) to construct a 2-story addition, located in Residence A District, PID# C12098000.
