WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION

SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE

FEBRUARY 6, 2026 

Notice is hereby given of a Special Meeting of the Westport Conservation Commission pursuant to the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Watercourse Act, and the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses of the Town of Westport (IWW Regulations) to be held on Friday, February 6, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. in room 201 of Westport Town Hall. 

1. 51 Marion Road (Map: B08, Lot: 61): In accordance with section 4.2.1 (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), and (f), 7.1, and 7.3 (f) (h) and (i) of the “Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses of the Town of Westport,” a Show Cause Hearing of the Westport Conservation Commission will be held for a Cease & Correct Order issued to the property owners for the removal of vegetation and soil within the wetland and wetland nondisturbance setback, addition of soil, stones, bridge, hay bales, fence, and other material within the wetland and wetland nondisturbance setback, and placing outbuildings and a patio within the upland review area setback.
