The RTM Information Technology Committee will meet on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 6:30pm in room 201 of Town Hall.

Updates on proposed Committee projects:
- Ideas/planning for enhancing audio/visual capabilities in the auditorium
- Ideas for improving Zoom meetings
- Further discussions of RTM District newsletters (should we develop and publish guidelines, etc)
- Next Steps/deliverables
- Other/New business and date for next meeting
