LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on July 6, 2026, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
1. APPROVED: 218 Hillspoint Road: Coastal Site Plan Appl. #PZ-26-00130 submitted by property owner Inveswell LLC for the construction of a new single-family residence dwelling, a new Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) and a new drainage system, located in the Residence B district, PID #E04112000.
2. APPROVED: 65 Grove Point Road: Coastal Site Plan Appl. #PZ-26-00290 submitted by Jim Kousidis, on behalf of ABLE Construction Inc., property owner, for the construction of a new Single Family Residence, attached garage, driveway, and patio, for property located in the Residence A District, PID #E06033000.
3. APPROVED: 125 Riverside Avenue: Approval of Stipulation for Judgement in 125 RA LLC v. Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Westport (FST-CV25-6077406-S) regarding 125 Riverside Avenue.
