Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Remote Public Hearing on Monday, July 27, 2026 at 6:00 PM
The public may attend using the link to be published on the agenda prior to the meeting. The meeting agenda will be available at www.westportct.gov on the “Meeting List and Calendar” web page one week prior to the meeting. The agenda may contain additional items not requiring notice in the newspaper for which public testimony may be received.
1. 17 North Avenue: Special Permit/Site Plan Appl. #PZ-26-00345 submitted by Bryan Nesteriak, B&B Engineering, for property owned by Yaniv Cohen, to permit non-exempt Excavation and Fill for a level area, located in the Residence AA District, PID #F10087000.
2. 12 Timber Lane: Special Permit/Site Plan Appl. #PZ-26-00358 submitted by Joshua Geter, Hoffman Landscapes, for property owned by Pedro Dominguez and Kristen Gerner, to permit non-exempt Excavation and Fill for the installation of a boulder retaining wall and create a level area, located in the Residence AA District, PID #E11069000.
3. 29 Manitou Road: Special Permit/Site Plan Appl. #PZ-26-00384 submitted by Walter Mattera, for property owned by Akorn LLC, to permit non-exempt Excavation and Fill for the construction of a patio and create a level area, located in the Residence AAA District, PID #C05027000.
