NOTICE OF FIELD TRIP 
CONSERVATION COMMISSION
 

The Westport Conservation Commission will conduct a site visit on Friday, March 6, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. for orientation purposes only to the following properties in preparation for reviewing the following agenda items at its March 11, 2026 Public Hearing:     
                        
1. 28 Owenoke Park:  Application #WPL-12282-26 by Moon Gardens LLC on behalf of Elizabeth A Robins to reconstruct a timber bulkhead in-kind and in place as authorized by CT DEEP Certificate of Permission 202506968-COP. Work is within the WPL area of Grays Creek. 
2. 24 Roosevelt Road:  Application #WPL-12278-26 by Jane Gitlin, AIA on behalf of Christopher & Grace Mulliken to construct an addition to the garage to access a second-floor addition for an ADU. Work is within the WPL area of Gray’s Creek. 
3. 21 Compo Beach Road:  Application #WPL-12279-26 by Moon Gardens LLC on behalf of Gary Newman and Gara Morse to construct a new in-ground swimming pool and bring an existing garage into FEMA compliance. Work is within the WPL area of Gray’s Creek. 
4. 65 Grove Point Road:  Application #WPL-12281-26 by Kousidis Engineering on behalf of Able Construction Inc to construct a new single-family residence. Portions of the work are within the WPL areas of Pussy Willow Brook and the Sherwood Mill Pond. 
5. 21 Old Hill Farms Road:  Application #IWW,WPL-12280-26 by Kousidis Engineering on behalf of Abundance Twenty One Trust to construct a new single-family residence, driveway, in-ground swimming pool, patio, retaining walls, septic system, drainage, and associated site improvements and to rectify in  part and legalize in part a filling violation from a previous owner. Portions of the work are within the upland review area setbacks and the WPL area of an unnamed tributary to Stony Brook. 

Members will meet at the sites in their own vehicles. The sites might be especially wet and or be prone to ticks so appropriate clothing and footwear is recommended.
