LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of February 9 and February 16, 2026 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 17 Sturges Commons:Application# AA,WPL/E-12273-26 by LandTech on behalf of The Herold Homes-17 SC LLC to construct a new single-family residence, patio, porch, screened porch, driveway and associated site improvements.
2. 17 Sturges Commons:Application #AA,WPL/E-12274-26 by LandTech on behalf of The Herold Home-17 SC LLC to construct a pool, patio, and mechanicals.
3. 16 Meeker Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-12284-26 by Jim Blansfield on behalf of David & Lourdes Blansfield to rebuild a deck with new footprint and footings.
4. 6 Post Office Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-12285-26 by William Chappa Jr. on behalf of Thomas Purcell of 6 Post Office Lane LLC for an existing septic system repair.
5. 1 Wisteria Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-12289-26 by Anderson Septic Service on behalf of Barrie & David Arth to install a new septic system.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
