DISCUSSION:
1. Overview and discussion of professional development for certified staff in the 2025-2026 school year, including specific examples around Building Thinking Classrooms, Orton-Gillingham Training, Executive Functioning in the Middle School Student with Dr. Chris Bogart, and Professional Experiences within content areas
2. Follow-up discussion on 2026 Climate Survey (spring administration)
3. Discussion of 2026-2027 school calendar
