LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS 

 

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of March 19 and March 23, 2026 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

 

  1. 12 Harbor Road:Application #WPL/E-12295-26 by LandTech on behalf of Christopher & Nicole Parlapiano to construct a second story addition, interior renovations, patio, two second-story decks, driveway expansion, and drainage.
  2. 9 Parsell Lane:Application #WPL/E-12297-26 by David Giorlando on behalf of Danielle Shapiro for a second story addition, porch, patio and driveway expansion.
  3. 125 Old Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-12298-26 by SIR-125 Old Road to construct a patio and pergola.
  4. 51 Marion Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-12299-26 by Brian Sullivan on behalf of Danielle & Patrick Ryll for a kitchen addition.
  5. 130 Easton Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-12303-26 by Marc Andre on behalf of Westport Easton LLC to construct second story additions, 2-story additions, 1-story additions, covered patio, porch and interior renovations.
  6. 9 Pier Way Landing:Application #WPL/E-12304-26 by Stephanie Brown on behalf of Andrew Youmans to construct a pool, hot tub, patio, retaining wall, drainage and mechanicals.
  7. 118 Wilton Road:Application #WPL/E-12305-26 by LandTech on behalf of Victoria Fuller to construct a pool, patio, retaining wall, driveway expansion, drainage and mechanicals.
  8. 14 Lyons Plains Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-12307-26 by George Guidera on behalf The Unitarian Church in Westport to install 3 heat pumps.

 

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
