- Discussion of draft text amendment to comply with HB 8002 (PA 25-1) related to multifamily developments by Summary Review and reduced minimum parking requirements.
- Discussion of §33-3.11 of the Westport Zoning Regulations regarding the stringing of lights.
- Discussion of modifying the §5, Definition of Total Coverage in regard to swimming pools less than four (4) feet in depth.
- Discussion of modifying §16, Mobile Homes Park District to update the title of the district and to modify zoning standards for Building and Total Coverage, Height and Floor Area.
