AFFORDABLE HOUSING COMMITTEE

NOTICE AND AGENDA

April 27, 2026 

Notice is hereby given that the Affordable Housing Committee will hold a special meeting on Monday, April 27, 2026, at 3:00 PM in Westport Town Hall Room 309 for the following purposes:

1. To approve the minutes of the January 13, 2026 meeting.
2. To hear a presentation by Christopher Wilson,Chair of the New Canaan Affordable Housing Committee and to discuss how that Committee is addressing affordable housing development in New Canaan.
3. To discuss any current changes to the number of affordable housing units in Westport.
4. To hear and discuss an update on the implementation of Connecticut’s Housing Act (H.B. 8002).
