Notice is hereby given that the Real Property Committee will meet on Monday May 4, 2026, starting at 2:30 as follows:
1) 2:30: Tour of the Saugatuck Cooperative, 35 Bridge Street, Westport (entrance at rear of building)
2) 3:30: Meeting in Room 309 of Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Westport, for the following purpose:
To review and make recommendations regarding a proposal from the Saugatuck Cooperative to modify the Maximum Transfer Value definition for units at the Cooperative under the Ground Lease with the Town for the property.
