Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of April 13 and April 20, 2026 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
1. 521 Riverside Avenue: Application #WPL/E-12309-26 by Eric Bernheim on behalf of SRC Realty Group to construct a two-story addition, pad, and move a/c units.
2. 29 Compo Beach Road: Application #WPL/E-12313-26 by Emma Rojas on behalf of Joshua & Fume Lewis for an ADU.
3. 156 Cross Highway: Application #AA,WPL/E-12315-26 by Tomasz Geremek to install a pool, patio, mechanicals, drainage and grading.
4. 12 Greenbrier Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-12319-26 by Noel Santaella on behalf of Amrish Desai and Ruchira Patel to install a pool, patio, pergola, drainage and mechanicals.
5. 50 Imperial Avenue: Application #WPL/E-12321-26 by the Town of Westport to install seasonal ADA compliant restroom, water service extended to restroom and a 5-foot wide sidewalk added.
6. 15 Valley Field Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-12323-26 by Anderson Septic on behalf of Brent and Jennifer Perkel to install a new septic.
The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions. Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
