NOTICE OF BOARD OF SELECTMEN PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Selectmen of the Town of Westport will be held on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 2:00 PM in the Town Hall Auditorium, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Westport, CT 06880. The meeting will be livestreamed on www.westportct.gov

and/or broadcast on Westport’s Optimum Government Access Channel 79, subject to availability. Comments from the public may be sent for distribution to the Board prior to the meeting to selectman@westportct.gov.

For the following purposes:

To consider, hear public comment upon and take action on a proposal to approve the Municipal Food and Beverage Concession and Lease between NG Entertainment LLC and the Town of Westport. The facilities subject to the Municipal Food and Beverage Concession and Lease are the Pavilion at Compo Beach, located at Compo Beach Park, the Halfway House, located at Longshore Golf Course, and the Longshore Pavilion, located at Longshore Club Park. The public hearing is intended to meet the public hearing requirement of Connecticut General Statutes Section 7-163e.
