AFFORDABLE HOUSING COMMITTEE NOTICE AND AGENDA

June 16, 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Affordable Housing Committee will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, June 16, at 3:00 PM in Westport Town Hall Room 309 for the following

purposes: 

1. To approve the minutes of the April 27, 2026, meeting.
2. To have a general discussion with the Chair of the Planning & Zoning Commission regarding the development of affordable housing in Westport. Such discussion to

   include possible collaboration between the AHC and the P&Z’s Affordable Housing Subcommittee, and the future update of Westport’s Affordable Housing Plan.

3. To discuss current changes to the number of affordable housing units in Westport and the next moratorium.
4. To hear and discuss an update on the implementation of Connecticut’s Housing Act (H.B. 8002).
