LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION 

Notice is hereby given that the Westport Flood & Erosion Control Board took the following actions at an electronic meeting held on July 9, 2026:

I. PUBLIC HEARING

1. 15 Duck Pond Road / WPL-12331-26; APPROVED Application of R.I. Pools, Inc, on behalf of the owners, Eric & Tracie Coburn, to construct an in-ground swimming pool, retaining wall, patio, and associated grading and drainage.The proposed activity is within the WPL area of the Saugatuck River.

    

2. 79 Riverside Avenue / WPL-12360-26; APPROVED Application of William Kenny on behalf of the owner, 79 Riverside Ave LLC, to install a fence.The proposed activity is within the WPL area of the Saugatuck River.

    

3. 83 Red Coat Road / WPL-12361-26; APPROVED Application of Jim Kousidis, Kousidis Engineering, LLC, on behalf of the owner, Kevin Russell, to construct a pool cabana, adjust a previously approved pool and patio, and regrade a portion of the property.The proposed activity is partially within the WPL area of the Saugatuck River.

    

4. 25 Apple Tree Trail / WPL-12363-26; APPROVED Application of Sara Leourneau to legalize a patio.The activity is within the WPL area of Gray’s Creek.
