Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of June 22 and June 29, 2026 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 10 Woodcock Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-12292-26 by Andrei Urbanovych & Lidiya Yaniv for a generator.
2. 14 Evergreen Avenue:Application #AA,WPL/E-12345-26 by Ryan Collins on behalf of Eric Held to construct a deck.
3. 62 Lyons Plains Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-12354-26 by William Kennedy on behalf of Erick & Sivan Hong to the front landing and replace with a front portico.

5. 48 Burr Farms Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-12357-26 by Amandio DaSilva on behalf of SIR-48 Burr Farms LLC to construct a pool, hot tub, autocover, and patio.
6. 10 Woodcock Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-12366-26 by Andrei Urbanovych & Lidiya Yaniv to legalize a patio and driveway expansion.
7. 9 Over Rock Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-12368-26 by Amandio DaSilva on behalf of CLH Over Rock LLC for a hot tub in a new location outside of the pool.
8. 10 Colony Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-12371-26 by Allan Kothschild to construct a deck.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
