1. Discussion of potential text change to §24C, General Business District/Saugatuck Marina (GBD/SM.
2. Discussion of §33-3.11 of the Westport Zoning Regulations regarding the stringing of lights and draft text amendment on Dark Sky compliance for non-residential properties.
3. Discussion of modifying §16, Mobile Homes Park District of the Westport Zoning Regulations to update the title of the district and to modify zoning standards for Building and Total Coverage, Height and Floor Area.
4. Discussion of §11-2.4, Permitted Accessory Buildings, Structures and Uses, of the Westport Zoning Regulations.
