BUSINESS TO BE CONDUCTED:

1. To take such action as the meeting may determine, for the purpose of filling the vacancy created by the passing of Jack Klinge. The meeting shall include candidate interviews.

2. To consider and vote to fill the vacancy.


Note: It is anticipated the members will vote to adjourn into executive session to conduct the candidate interviews and to discuss recommendations to fill the vacancy.
