The meeting will be livestreamed on www.westportct.gov and/or broadcast on Westport’s Optimum Government Access Channel 79, subject to availability. B., and upon the request of the Human Services Director, to approve the acceptance of a gift to the Westport Food Fund in the amount of $10,000.    <p>&nbsp;</p>    <p>REVISION: ITEM 3 WITHDRAWN</p>    <p>&nbsp;</p>    </li>    <li><s>To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the Director of Information Technology, to approve the Award of Contract for RFP 26-157T (Pure Storage C50 Solution) to Total Communications in the amount of $330,000.00 for purchase, installation, migration, subscription, maintenance and warranty of Pure Storage C50 arrays and services, subject to final appropriation approval from the Representative Town Meeting.</s>&nbsp;    <p>&nbsp;</p>    </li>    <li>To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the Parks &amp; Recreation Director, to approve the 3-Year Maintenance Agreement between the Town of Westport and BrightView Golf Maintenance, Inc., in accordance with the proposal to RFP #26-158T (Longshore Golf Course for Professional Golf Course Maintenance) dated December 5, 2025.&nbsp;    <p>&nbsp;</p>    </li>    <li>To take such action as the meeting may determine to accept the offer of $2,160.00 from the State of Connecticut Department of Transportation for the acquisition of a traffic easement located on Town Property at 60 Compo Road South at the intersection of US Route 1 (Post Road East) at Playhouse Square Shopping Center Drive and to grant such easement to the State to install and maintain traffic signalization devices and appurtenances.&nbsp;    <p>&nbsp;</p>    </li>    <li>To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the award of contract to Tighe &amp; Bond Inc., in the amount of $365,000 for design, permitting and preparation of construction documents for sidewalk improvements for Easton Road, in accordance with a proposal dated December 11, 2025.&nbsp;    <p>&nbsp;</p>    </li>    <li>To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the award of contract to Snyder Engineering LLC, in the amount of $128,000 for design, permitting, and preparation of construction documents for replacement of the water service serving Longshore Club Park, in accordance with a proposal dated November 26, 2025.&nbsp;    <p>&nbsp;</p>    </li>    <li>Acting as the Water Pollution Control Authority (WPCA), to take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the supplemental sanitary sewer connection request for the property at #326 Post Road West, contingent upon compliance with the WPCA General Manager’s letter of December 29, 2025.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Kevin Christie, First Selectman</p>
