Agenda

  1. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the Finance Director, to ratify and approve a collective bargaining agreement between the Town of Westport and Westport Police Union, Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge 045 for the period July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2028. 

     

  2. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the Finance Director, to establish a voluntary 457 savings plan for Town employees effective September 1, 2025.  The Plan will mirror the current 401(k) and Defined Contribution Plans with VOYA.  Investment choices will be the same as the 401(k) and DC savings plans.  The purpose being to allow employees who reach the maximum contribution in the 401(k) or DC Plans to save additional tax deferred or Roth contributions in the 457 Plan.
