DESCRIPTION:<h1 align="center" style="text-align: left;">&nbsp;</h1><p align="center" style="text-align: left;">LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION<br>WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION<br>JULY 2, 2025<br><br>Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission made the following decision at its&nbsp;<br>July 2, 2025 Special Meeting in conformance with the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and the Town of Westport’s Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses and the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.&nbsp;<br><br>THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION WAS APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS:<br><br>1. 24 Center Street – Sewer Pump Station #9:&nbsp; Application #IWW,WPL-12170-25 by Peter Ratkiewich, Director of Public Works on behalf of the Town of Westport to install bypass port on the existing force main. Installation of new sewage pumps and interior fittings. The project requires installation of new exterior control valves and temporary diversion pipework to facilitate repairs.
