DESCRIPTION:&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>&nbsp; &nbsp;<br>NOTICE OF FIELD TRIP&nbsp;<br>CONSERVATION COMMISSION&nbsp;<br><br>The Westport Conservation Commission will conduct a site visit on Friday, August 22, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. for orientation purposes only to the following properties in preparation for reviewing the following agenda items at a Show Cause Hearing:&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<br>1. 3 Tupelo Road (Map: F16 Lot 53: In accordance with Sections 4.2.1&nbsp; (b), (c), (d), (e), (f) and (g), 7.1 and 7.3 (h) of The Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses of the Town of Westport and the Section 30-124 of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Westport, a Show Cause Hearing of the Westport Conservation Commission will be held for a Cease &amp; Correct Order issued to the property owners for exceeding the scope of Permit #IWW,WPL-11782-23 by constructing patios, pool equipment, shed, firepits, and grading changes without permits. Portions of the work are within the wetlands and upland review area setbacks.&nbsp; &nbsp;<br><br>Members will meet at the sites in their own vehicles.
