The Local Civil Preparedness Emergency issued in advance of the recent winter storm has been officially terminated. Conditions have stabilized, municipal operations are returning to normal, and all emergency orders associated with the declaration have been rescinded.

The town-wide parking ban has been lifted effective immediately.

The Town extends its appreciation to Department of Public Works crews, public safety personnel, and residents for working together to keep Westport safe during this significant weather event.

Residents are reminded to continue using caution in areas where icy conditions may persist and to assist by keeping fire hydrants and roadways clear.
