Deputy Planning & Zoning Director Amanda Trianovich has announced that at 6:00 pm on May 13, 2026, the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public meeting to review four (4) §8-24, Municipal Improvement applications.
- 20 Jesup Road: Municipal Improvement Appl. #PZ-26-00190, Request for a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission, submitted by Paul Davis, on behalf of the First Selectman, pursuant to CGS §8-24, Municipal Improvement, for a public art display at the Westport Library; and
- 70 North Ave: Municipal Improvement Appl. #PZ-26-00277, Request for a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission, by Eric Barbieri, Parks & Recreation Director, on behalf of the First Selectman, pursuant to CGS §8-24, Municipal Improvement, for installation of permanent athletic field lighting at Wakeman B Field; and
- 170 Riverside Ave: Municipal Improvement Appl. #PZ-26-00279, Request for a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission, by Eric Barbieri, Parks & Recreation Director, on behalf of the First Selectman, pursuant to CGS §8-24, Municipal Improvement, for installation of permanent athletic field lighting at PJ Romano Field; and
- 60 Compo Beach Road and 260 Compo Road South: Municipal Improvement Appl. #PZ-26-00287, Request for a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission, submitted by Eric Barbieri, Parks & Recreation Director, on behalf of the First Selectman, pursuant to CGS §8-24, Municipal Improvement, for a new lease for food and beverage concessions at Compo Beach, Longshore Pavilion and the Halfway House at Longshore Golf Course.
The May 13, 2026, public meeting will be held remotely using Zoom. It will be livestreamed on the Town’s website at www.westportct.gov, and/or will be accessible on Optimum Government Access Channel 79. The remote meeting link is published on the meeting agenda available on the Town’s website on the “Meeting List and Calendar” web page.
Written comments may be submitted and should be sent to PandZ@westportct.gov by 12:00 pm on the day of the meeting if intended to be distributed for consideration by members of the Planning and Zoning Commission. Written comments received after 12:00 pm on the day of the meeting will be added to the record but not be distributed until the next business day.
