The Toquet Leadership Club (TLC) will hold a winter session for Westport middle school students in grades 6 & 7. The 5 week program held will run on Wednesdays after school, 4 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. from Jan. 15 through Feb. 12, 2014.

Westport will light a Christmas tree at Town Hall on Wednesday, Dec. 4, at 5 p.m. After the tree lighting ceremony, the Westport Downtown Merchants Association kicks off the Holiday season with Celebrate the Season of Giving, a community-wide holiday party.

Westport Weston First Night is back for its twentieth year. The collection of events, which is a non-alcoholic celebration of the arts will run from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. on New Year's Eve. The events will conclude with a Fireworks display over the Saugatuck River.
