INSTRUCTIONS FOR BID DELIVERY

1. UPS or FedEx the bid package before the time and date specified.
2. Send via USPS but please allow time to ensure you meet the deadline requirement.
3. Hand deliver to Town Hall and place in the drop box located at the left rear entrance or drop off with the receptionist in the front lobby of Town Hall.

A ZOOM bid opening may be required, and respondents can attend by emailing Berit Watson the Purchasing Officer at bwatson@westportct.gov for the link. For further information contact the Purchasing Officer at 203-341-1047.
