We have been made aware of scammers contacting residents regarding conservation hearing applications. These individuals are falsely claiming that a public hearing fee must be paid directly to them in order for an application to proceed.  Please contact our office directly with any questions.

For a Conservation Commission Review Permit

If your project does not qualify for an AA permit you must apply to the Conservation Commission and the Flood and Erosion Control Board. The review by these boards will be held as a public hearing at a regularly scheduled meeting.
