For a new handpass purchase, if we do not have your photo on file, please send a jpeg to recreation@westportct.gov and we will then mail your new handpass to you.

If you have a handpass and are renewing, you will continue to use that same handpass. Your information will be updated within the barcode.

All parking emblems can be purchased online. When you make your purchase using our online services upon verification of your information, your emblems will be mailed to you. They are not required on your vehicle until May 1st. Be advised that you may be required to provide a current copy of your vehicle registration. Your information may be faxed to (203)341-5073, scanned and emailed to recreation@westportct.gov or mailed to Westport Parks and Recreation, 260 Compo Rd S, Westport CT  06880.
