The Parks and Recreation Department maintains a full
inventory of athletic fields to support a vigorous community athletic program. Four artificial turf fields and more than 20 grass fields play host to thousands of youth and adult practices and contests each season.

Town fields are open for play from April 1 through Dec 1 (weather permitting). All field usage is by permit only. All fields are subject to closure due to inclement weather. For up to date field closure information you may call our cancellation line (203) 341-5074 or click here for updates. Field Closed signs on the fields take precedence over cancellation messages.

When not reserved for organized activities, fields are available to residents. To reserve an athletic field for a neighborhood pick-up game or sports themed party contact Carmen Roda at (203) 454.6181 or croda@westportct.gov.
