Planning an event at one of Westport's beautiful beaches? Whether you're hosting a picnic, gathering, or special occasion, we're here to help!

How to apply:

  • Facility Requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to your event (requests within one week will not be considered). Email completed forms to jboone@westportct.gov
  • Permits are available for Westport residents, Westport-based companies, and civic organizations only.

Fees & Rentals:

  • Standard Event Permit: $75 ($50 for nonprofits)
  • Catering & Food Truck Fee: $100 per truck (caterers must remove all trash)
  • Ned Dimes Marina Clubhouse Rental: $350 + $100 (Separate check) refundable cleaning deposit
  • Parking: Guests without a beach emblem must pay the daily parking fee (waivers available for Westport-based businesses and civic organizations Monday - Thursday)

General Rules:

  • No amplified music, bands, or DJs. Keep music at a respectful volume
  • Tents (max 10' x 10', max 2) are allowed only for food/beverage prep
  • No glass containers - please use cans, plastic, or paper products
  • Trash must be removed by the event host
